Pike Corporation in Dalton, GA is seeking an entry-level Truck Driver Transmission to support the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical transmission systems across diverse locations. The role may require travel to another state depending on customer demands.

You will work safely on energized and de-energized lines, assist with installing components, and maintain vehicles and tools. A valid CDL is required; readiness for physical labor and travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform rigorous physical labor.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Understanding of basic rigging and lineman knots.
• Familiarity with high voltage transmission environments is preferred.
• Ability to travel to other states as required.

Responsabilités

• Work safely on construction, maintenance or repair of transmission systems.
• Assist with installing transformers, switches and gear.
• String overhead wire and set poles/anchors.
• Support with fuse replacement and fault clearing on transformers.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment and tools in good condition.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
