Advyzon is seeking an organized, service-oriented Jr. HR & Workplace Coordinator to support the Human Resources team while managing the day-to-day readiness of our Chicago office.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources while also taking ownership of the employee workplace experience. The role combines junior HR administration, recruiting and onboarding coordination, employee records and compliance support, and general office operations

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience in HR, admin, or office operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Interest in HR processes, compliance, and employee support.
• Proficiency with MS 365; HRIS/ATS/payroll experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and first-day logistics.
• Maintain accurate HR files and records.
• Support recruiting admin and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate benefits, payroll data collection, and reports.
• Help manage office operations and vendor coordination.
• Respond to routine HR questions and escalate complex issues.
