Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Entry Level HR Associate (Employee Experience Manager) to create engaging experiences for employees and candidates throughout recruitment and employment. You will coordinate onboarding, training, recognition programs, and benefits initiatives in a campus setting.

This role supports payroll processing, records maintenance, and employee relations under campus leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in human resources and/or payroll.
• Healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee onboarding to provide a positive orientation experience.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus employees.
• Ambassador of recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist in employee counseling and performance matters with campus leadership.
• Support Benefits and Wellness and DEIB initiatives at the campus.
• Maintain employment and benefits records including background screening.
• Process payroll weekly and ensure deductions are accurate.
