Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Entry Level HR Associate (Employee Experience Manager) to craft exceptional experiences for employees and candidates across recruitment and employment lifecycle. You will guide onboarding, coordinate training, and support employee relations with leadership collaboration.

Role focuses on benefits, DEIB initiatives, and accurate payroll and records management, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in human resources and/or payroll.
• Healthcare, senior living, or long-term care industry experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a highly engaging orientation.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus employees.
• Serve as an ambassador of company recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist campus leadership with employee counseling and performance concerns.
• Champion Benefits and Wellness and DEIB initiatives at the campus.
• Maintain campus employee, medical, and benefit files including screenings and leave reporting.
• Review payroll deductions and reports weekly in the payroll system.
• Manage time and attendance by verifying hours, missed punches, and schedules.
