Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Entry Level HR Associate to create engaging experiences across recruitment to retirement. You will oversee onboarding, coordinate materials, and ensure a positive orientation aligned with Trilogy’s mission and values.

The role includes managing training, acting as an ambassador for recognition programs, supporting employee relations, and driving Benefits, Wellness, and DEIB initiatives at the campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR and/or payroll in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding to ensure engaging orientation and coordinate materials.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus staff.
• Serve as ambassador for recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist in employee counseling and performance-related matters with campus leadership.
• Champion Benefits and Wellness and DEIB initiatives at campus level.
• Maintain campus employee, medical and benefit records and screening data.
• Review payroll deductions and reports; process payroll weekly.
• Manage time and attendance, verify hours and resolve schedule discrepancies.
