Qualifications

• Two (2) years' experience in human resources and/or payroll.
• Flexible schedule to include 2nd/3rd shift availability and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a highly engaging new hire orientation.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus employees.
• Serve as an ambassador for recognition programs, events, and surveys.
