Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks an Entry Level HR Associate to craft remarkable experiences for employees from recruitment through retirement. You will ensure welcoming onboarding, coordinate campus training, and support payroll accuracy while upholding Trilogy’s values.

The role supports benefits and DEIB initiatives, requires a flexible schedule, and involves maintaining confidential records across the employment lifecycle at the Lapeer location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding process to ensure engaging orientation aligned with Trilogy's mission, vision, and values.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for all campus employees.
• Serve as ambassador of company recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist campus leadership with employee counseling and performance concerns.
• Champion Benefits and Wellness and DEIB initiatives with communications and reporting.
• Maintain campus employee, medical, and benefit information/files including screening and leave reporting.
• Review payroll reports weekly to ensure accuracy.
• Manage time and attendance by verifying hours and schedule discrepancies.
