Trilogy Health Services, LLC invites you to join our Entry Level HR Associate (Employee Experience Manager) team. You will craft wow experiences for employees from recruitment through retirement, guiding candidates and staff with information, education, and support throughout their employment lifecycle.

You will oversee onboarding, coordinate training with campus leadership, support recognition programs, and assist with counseling, leave, and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years HR/payroll experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure engaging orientation aligned with Trilogy's mission, vision, and values.
• Promote, manage, and track training programs for campus employees to ensure regulatory training and certifications.
• Serve as ambassador for recognition programs, events, and surveys.
• Assist in employee counseling, performance concerns, and other employment matters.
• Champion Benefits and Wellness, and DEIB initiatives with communications, reporting, and activities.
• Maintain campus employee, medical, and benefit files, including background checks and leave reporting.
• Review payroll deductions and reports weekly; process payroll.
• Manage time and attendance by verifying hours, punch accuracy, and scheduling discrepancies.
