Job summary

Regal Technology Partners is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources/ITPSO, you will assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data entry, and employee relations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of HR experience; internship, HR assistant, or HR coordinator experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS, especially Paylocity, is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including paperwork and orientation
• Enter HRIS transactions and run standard reports
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and payroll discrepancies
• Support recruiting activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
• Assist with benefits enrollment, leaves of absence, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and performance review tracking
