The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enthusiastic about helping others. You will work closely with the HR Director and Payroll & Benefits Analyst to ensure a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting open positions on job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and new hire materials.
• Maintain employee personnel files and electronic records.
• Process routine employee changes and updates.
• Assist with distributing company policies and collecting acknowledgements.
• Support HR projects and audits as needed.
• Assist with employee recognition programs, anniversaries, and celebrations.
• Help coordinate company events and employee activities.
• Perform other administrative duties to support the HR team.
