Iron Insurance Partners is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of the HR department. This role provides administrative support to the HR Director and Payroll & Benefits Analyst while helping ensure a positive experience for employees throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Entry-level HR support role with exposure to HR operations, payroll, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting open positions on job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and new hire materials.
• Maintain employee personnel files and electronic records.
• Process routine employee changes and updates.
• Assist with distributing company policies and collecting acknowledgements.
• Support HR projects and audits as needed.
• Assist with employee recognition programs, anniversaries, and celebrations.
• Help coordinate company events and employee activities.
• Perform other administrative duties to support the HR team.
