Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in an HR support role.
• Experience supporting multiple locations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel), HRIS and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference/background checks.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and complete required paperwork (I-9).
• Onboard newly hired employees; prepare and implement orientation program.
• Maintain job descriptions and postings.
• Assist with benefits enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
• Administer performance reviews and update related materials.
• Track and manage leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations.
