Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking an HR/Recruitment support person to assist with applicant flow, onboarding, and employee communications.

You will help maintain the Applicant Tracking System, coordinate with multiple locations, and ensure compliance with gaming laws while supporting a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1–2 years in HR or office settings, with strong Excel/Word/Access skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; willingness to travel between Hollywood Casino St. Louis (Maryland Heights) and River City Casino & Hotel (St. Louis County) as needed.
• One to two years of HR or office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external recruitment efforts.
• Greet applicants and employees in a positive, upbeat manner; assist with applications, respond to questions, and administer assessments.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); post and remove positions and organize candidate documentation.
• Review transfer requests and ensure requirements are met; track transfer processes.
• Ensure completion of new hire paperwork, gaming licenses, and related onboarding processes.
• Research rehire data and forward to recruiters for approval.
• Instruct leaders on recruitment and paperwork procedures and processes.
• Assist in orderly filing and purging of applications.
• Manage project timelines, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Oversee the storage of applications, licensing documents, and new hire supplies; keep Career Center organized.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and gaming laws.
• Serve as a role model and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
