Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis, operated by PENN Entertainment, is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with leadership and manage on-site HR operations.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance guidance, training, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic gaming environment. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2+ years in HR, and preference for PHR/SHRM certification; union-contract experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field required.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Minimum two years HR or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient MS Office; HRIS experience a plus.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to meet department needs.
• Conduct effective investigations in cases of grievances or harassment.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership.
• Support engagement, wellness and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal labor laws.
• Assist with training programs and policy interpretation.
• Manage relationships with unions where applicable.
