HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks an Engineer I for the Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village, Orlando, FL. The role focuses on maintaining building systems, safety standards, and energy efficiency to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or building trades.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel systems.
• Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Refurbish furnishings and minor furniture repairs as needed.
• Maintain pool and exterior areas; respond to maintenance requests.
• Communicate progress and coordinate with managers and staff.
