• Maintain pool areas, outdoor facilities, and common spaces to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to guest requests and maintenance issues with courteous communication.
• Record work performed and report major repairs for follow‑up actions.
• Support energy‑saving initiatives and upkeep of building envelope.
