Responsibilities

Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, etc.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair patient care equipment such as beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables.
Maintain mechanical/electrical systems including HVAC, refrigerators, piped medical gas systems, etc.
Respond to emergencies and building occupant requests in a timely manner.
Read blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
