This paid training and mentorship program is designed to develop skills for advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile/desktop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes and respond to requests for information.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Document transactions and track loan/options/construction progress.
• Maintain lot and sales files with proper disclosures.
• Develop rapport with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
