Wegmans in Neshaminy, PA is seeking an entry-level leader to oversee day-to-day store operations and mentor a customer service team. The role involves coordinating daytime and nighttime activities, acting as a liaison across departments and ensuring excellent checkout flow and customer experience.

You will help drive our values, participate in projects, and support store leadership to maintain a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Competenze

• Customer service experience in food service, grocery or retail preferred.
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills for system and checkout tasks.

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours as a key leader and liaison.
• Partner with department management to prioritize tasks and ensure Front End operations run efficiently.
• Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, feedback and development opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and employees, championing Wegmans values and standards.
• React quickly to operational challenges with store leadership and problem solve.
• Participate in and lead store projects to enhance teamwork and company culture.
