Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills for cashiering and operating store systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours; act as a key leader and liaison among teams and departments.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks with department management to ensure efficient Front End operations and manage customer traffic.
• Lead and develop a team of Customer Service employees with training, feedback and growth opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and champion Wegmans values across the store.
• React quickly to operational challenges by partnering with store leadership to solve issues.
• Participate in or lead store-wide projects to strengthen team collaboration and company culture.
