Republic Finance, LLC in Lafayette, LA is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager for an on-site role that offers a clear path to management, a base salary of $45,000 per year paid hourly, and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000.

You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and then manage a branch, recruit and train staff, evaluate loan applications, and support sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team; strong prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by engaging customers and matching loan products to their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and guide them through the loan application process.
• Assist in evaluating loan applications, perform risk analysis, and support credit decisions.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and executing sales plans to meet targets while delivering a great customer experience.
