Mass Electric Construction Co. seeks an entry‑level Finance Analyst to support project accounting, forecasting, payroll and cost control. You will help with month‑end closes and prepare financial reports for project management, while learning labor, equipment, materials and subcontract cost components.

The MEC Industrial team emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, integrity and professional growth, with relocation across the country and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management or equivalent.
• 3.0 GPA or above.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Travel and/or relocation up to 50%.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and budgeting for projects.
• Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting packages for project management.
• Understand payroll/Hr processes and vendor invoicing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with cost reporting and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations teams and project managers.
