MEC Industrial is seeking an entry‑level Finance Analyst to support construction projects from $1M to $4B in accounting, finance and operations. You’ll help with cost control, payroll, A/P/A/R, and compliance, with relocation across the country as needed and opportunities to grow in a vast, multi‑national contractor environment.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the country.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Travel and/or relocation may be required (up to 50%).
• Experience with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key Excel functions is preferred.
• Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with cost control and budgeting for projects.
• Support payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and purchasing workflows.
• Contribute to month‑end close processes and financial reporting packages.
• Learn the payroll and HR process workflows and related systems.
• Support intercompany and client billing processes to ensure timely billing.
