Securitas Technology is seeking a field service technician to support client sites in Georgia. You will respond to trouble tickets, diagnose problems, install software upgrades, and perform on-site configurations to keep systems running reliably.

Requires a high school diploma, experience with low voltage and security systems, and strong communication and documentation skills. NICET/ESA/NTS certifications are preferred for advanced roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion and fire alarm systems.
• NICET certification or State Fire License preferred.
• ESA/NTS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, individually or in a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance to maximize system availability.
• Perform routine configuration changes and document modifications.
• Document all changes in the change control tracking system.
• Install software upgrades and major modifications on site.
