Job summary

Securitas Technology, a global leader in integrated security solutions, seeks a tech-savvy service professional to support post-installation issues and special projects at client sites. You will diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, configure systems, and document changes for clear, actionable records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience with low-voltage equipment, and strong communication skills. Certifications in security systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure uptime and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually or in a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance to maximize availability and identify faults.
• Document all system modifications with change control tracking.
• Produce technical documentation for deployment details for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Perform pre-deployment testing of upgrades and modifications.
• Perform on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.
