Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in electrical systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% with Pearce’s rotation.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, automotive, manufacturing, military, industrial, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and complete repairs safely.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
