Job summary

LEWA, part of the Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Field Service Engineer/Technician Level I in Houston, TX. You will support pumps and metering systems, travel to customer sites including offshore, perform repairs, installations, and startups, and maintain safety and quality.

Qualifications include 2+ years of pump service, a High School Diploma, forklift/crane certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a US passport. SAP is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial pump service and repair experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics; can perform repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, replaces, and rebuilds API 610 pumps using inspection tools and testing equipment.
• Installs pumps on base plates; assembles motors, manifolds and tubing.
• Prepares repair and field service reports by documenting pump information and test data.
• Maintains parts inventories and documents usage for repairs.
• Travels to customer sites, including offshore and international locations, for service tasks.
• Maintains safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all work.
• Shares technical knowledge and participates in training sessions.
