Job summary

Putzmeister is seeking a Field Service Representative for the Houston region to build and maintain Premier Product Support relationships with customers and Sales teams. You will regularly communicate with Regional Sales Directors and Parts Sales Representatives to meet service and sales objectives.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting in the field, performing equipment commissioning, delivering on-site training, and coordinating service centers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• 5–10 years of technical experience expected.
• Travel 75%+ is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage time and territory to resolve customer equipment problems in the field.
• Travel to customer locations on short notice for in-depth troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Provide in-service training and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites.
