Job summary

LEWA, part of the Atlas Copco Group, is seeking a Pump Sales & Business Development Manager for Texas. You will lead the local sales team, report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, and drive revenue growth by developing tailored pumping solutions for customers in petrochemical sectors.

This hybrid role based in Houston combines remote work with site visits and office collaboration at Greens Road. You will set sales strategy, manage channel partners, and coach the team to meet aggressive targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years outside sales experience in the Texas Petrochemical market.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in support of company goals
• Direct channel development activity and coordinatesales distribution by establishing sales territories and goals
• Establishand assignsales territories for account managers
• Meetwith key clients, assisting account managers in establishing and maintaining beneficial client relationships and in negotiating sales
• EstablishKPIs for sales team, track data and presentresults to the executive team
• Manageall account managers, providing performance feedback, setting goals, providing development opportunities and training
