DirectMed Imaging is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer I in Oklahoma City to support on-site service of high-end medical imaging systems. You will learn troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repair under supervision, building foundational field service skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years field service or technical experience; entry-level welcomed.
• Foundational electronics/electrical/computer hardware knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting imaging systems and equipment under supervision
• Support repair of issues with imaging applications, electrical components, hardware, and networking
• Support system relocations, installations, and de-installations
• Perform system inspections, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and QA checks
• Follow service manuals and schematics for accurate, consistent work
• Document all work performed per ISO quality and regulatory standards
• Escalate out-of-scope issues appropriately
• Maintain professional interactions with radiologists, technicians, and physicians
