Job summary

Tri-Imaging Solutions in Oklahoma City is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer I to support on-site medical imaging equipment. You will assist with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs under supervision, building foundational service skills in imaging modalities.

Responsibilities include following service manuals, documenting work per ISO standards, and coordinating with radiologists and technicians. Travel up to 75% and on-call rotations after training are expected.

Qualifications

• AS/AA in Electronics, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Technology, or equivalent military training preferred.
• 0–2 years field service or technical experience; entry-level welcomed.
• Foundational electronics/electrical/computer hardware knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Clear written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting imaging systems and equipment under supervision.
• Support repair of issues with imaging applications, electrical components, hardware, and networking.
• Support system relocations, installations, and de-installations.
• Perform system inspections, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and QA checks.
• Follow service manuals and schematics for accurate, consistent work.
• Document all work performed per ISO quality and regulatory standards.
• Escalate out-of-scope issues appropriately.
• Maintain professional interactions with radiologists, technicians, and physicians.
