Job summary

Tri-Imaging Solutions in Oklahoma City is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer I to learn on-site medical imaging service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-end imaging systems under supervision. Under guided hands-on training you will follow documented processes, perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and QA checks, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

This role requires a technical degree or military training, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 0–2 years field service or technical experience; entry-level welcomed
• Prior exposure to imaging modalities is a plus
• Strong familiarity with MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting imaging systems under supervision
• Support repair of imaging applications, electrical components, hardware, and networking
• Support system relocations, installations, and de-installations
• Perform system inspections, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and QA checks
• Follow service manuals and schematics for accurate work
• Document all work per ISO quality and regulatory standards
• Escalate out-of-scope issues appropriately
• Maintain professional interactions with radiologists, technicians, and physicians
