You will troubleshoot issues, provide on-site guidance, and build strong relationships with customers. This early-career role offers training, mentorship, and exposure to a global technology leader, with travel to diverse sites and opportunities to grow technical and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Entry-level experience or internship in field service or related technical environment.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; travel to customer sites required.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and start-up electrical products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues.
• Provide technical guidance and product support during field service.
• Evaluate equipment upgrades to address customer needs.
• Develop positive customer relationships for future opportunities.
• Deliver training on equipment features and best practices.
• Maintain service reports and technical records.
