Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. You’ll complete a 12-month training, split between field work and classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with 80–100% travel during training.

After completion, you’ll relocate to a territory as a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting quotas and selling Reynolds services to auto dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
