REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS CO in Nashville, TN is seeking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month training program combining field work with classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

Upon completion, you will relocate to a territory and work toward monthly and annual quotas selling Reynolds products to automotive dealers; relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
