Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to target small and medium businesses across various industries. You will meet owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, often presenting to groups of 50 to 100+.

We provide comprehensive training and support, with Salesforce CRM used to manage leads and build a client portfolio. The role includes weekly draw pay, commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fee reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients and expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at day end.
