Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level salesperson for an outside direct sales role. You will target small and medium-sized businesses, promoting supplemental insurance products and services to owners, managers, and employees.

Training is provided to newcomers and seasoned professionals alike, with licensing support where needed. You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and build a local client portfolio while working toward monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build client portfolio.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance products to businesses and employees.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses and nurture referral leads.
• Work with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
