The SEALS is seeking an Entry Level Field Sales Representative to build relationships with restaurant customers, learn hands-on technical and sales skills, and contribute to growing territory.

No prior gasket or refrigeration experience required; training provided. You will work independently, visit clients in person, and help solve operational challenges while earning competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Visiting restaurant customers in person.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Performing quarterly inspections and identifying customer needs.
• Installing refrigeration door gaskets and small kitchen hardware.
• Ordering and organizing supplies.
• Updating customer information and service notes in our system.
• Creating invoices for completed work.
• Helping customers find solutions that improve their operations.
• Growing your sales territory through excellent service and follow-up.
