Job summary

The SEALS - Refrigeration Gasket Specialists in Florence, SC is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative. You’ll meet restaurant customers, learn hands-on technical and sales skills, and drive growth in your assigned territory.

You’ll perform field visits, build relationships, handle basic installations, and document customer needs while receiving paid training and ongoing support. A driver’s license and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• You do not need gasket or refrigeration experience.
• You may be a great fit if you enjoy talking with people, are motivated, and have good communication.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visiting restaurant customers in person
• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Performing quarterly inspections and identifying customer needs
• Installing refrigeration door gaskets and small kitchen hardware
• Ordering and organizing supplies
• Updating customer information and service notes in our system
• Creating invoices for completed work
• Helping customers find solutions that improve their operations
• Growing your sales territory through excellent service and follow-up
