Job summary

StradIT Tampa seeks an experienced onboarding operations professional to coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding activities for employees and contingent workers. You will drive workflows, track progress, and ensure timely completion across multiple business units and time zones.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong collaboration with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional partners to deliver a smooth Day 1 experience and maintain audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of onboarding/HR operations experience.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments is a plus.
• Experience coordinating onboarding for employees and contingent workers.
• Strong organization and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS/onboarding tech including Fieldglass and Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding activities for employees and contingent workers using HR systems.
• Initiate onboarding workflows and monitor cases for timely completion.
• Track onboarding progress and manage follow-ups, escalations, and requirements.
• Serve as main contact for candidates, contingent workers, hiring managers, and onboarding partners.
• Provide regional onboarding support across time zones and multiple business units.
• Support onboarding access gating to ensure activities are completed before activation.
• Coordinate identity verification through onboarding and Day 1 processes.
• Assist with employment eligibility verification where applicable.
• Ensure onboarding documents and attestations are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflows for risks and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate compliance training assignments and tracking.
• Partner with HR Ops, TA, Procurement, Compliance, Security to resolve issues.
• Maintain onboarding records per standards and audits.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
