Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive 5–40% of the time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inventory management and product stocking to ensure necessary supplies for treatment.
• Communicate with clinical staff to obtain documentation to create a billable episode of care.
• Assist with measurement and fitting of orthopedic devices such as knee braces and orthotics.
• Screen calls and emails regarding patient status and report issues to physicians and care team.
• Support nursing and therapy staff and provide in-service training as needed.
• Work under supervision of clinical staff and adhere to patient care policies.
• Document care provided and report changes in patient condition promptly.
• Collaborate with nurses and team to organize patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate initiative, prioritize tasks and maintain professional accountability.
• Participate in a weekend/on-call rotation as required by territory team.
• Perform other duties as needed.
