Pacific Medical, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking an entry-level, full-time Associate Account Manager to join our team. The role requires driving 5–40% of the time to support hospital and clinic partners with inventory and service needs.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to document care, manage product stocking, and assist in delivering orthopedic devices, contributing to patient care and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive 5–40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inventory management and product stocking for medical centers.
• Communicate with clinical staff to obtain documentation to create billable episodes of care.
• Measure and apply orthopedic soft goods such as knee orthoses, spinal bracing, and other devices as needed.
• Screen calls and emails regarding patient status and report problems to physicians and care providers.
• Provide in-service training to nursing and therapy staff as needed.
• Work under supervision of nursing and therapy staff to deliver patient care and document all care provided.
