You will perform routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and learn across mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in facility maintenance, EPA certification, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building construction, or plumbing knowledge or training.
• 1–2 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems.
• Review, create, and maintain work orders in CMMS.
• Inspect facilities and perform safety-compliant maintenance.
