Dornier MedTech, a leader in urology, seeks an Associate Territory Manager in Northern California to help grow revenue for laser systems and related devices. You will learn fast, support the Territory Manager, and build clinical and commercial skills for progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
• Track record of competitive achievement, resilience, and growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High initiative with strong organizational discipline and ability to manage a complex schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and 50-60% travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue targets for capital and disposable product lines.
• Develop and maintain a prospect list across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.
• Execute daily call plans and maintain CRM records.
• Provide clinical training and education for endourology products.
• Engage key clinical stakeholders and assist facility evaluations.
• Adhere to compliance, credentialing, and ethics policies.
