Job summary

Dornier MedTech is seeking an Associate Territory Manager, Endourology in the United States to support the Territory Manager in driving revenue across laser systems, single-use fibers, and related urology products while developing the competencies needed for promotion to a full Territory Manager role.

This entry-level role targets driven individuals who will learn fast, work hard, take ownership, and demonstrate accountability and grit to advance within the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field or equivalent professional achievement.
• Track record showing competitive drive, resilience, and growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High initiative, self-direction, and ability to manage complex daily schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-60% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Revenue contribution and account development in assigned territory.
• Support Territory Manager in meeting/exceeding revenue targets for capital and disposable lines.
• Drive independent revenue responsibility in sub-territories and accounts.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list across hospitals, ASCs, and offices.
• Execute daily call plans and account coverage schedules with discipline.
• Manage CRM records, call notes, opportunity stages, and forecasts.
• Manage field inventory and product availability.
• Develop clinical fluency in Endourology portfolio through training and case observation.
• Assist with in-service education for urologists and OR staff on devices.
• Provide procedural case coverage and OR presence during Endourology procedures.
• Build knowledge of urology anatomy and workflows for ThuLEP, HoLEP, lithotripsy.
• Learn competitive systems to support differentiated selling conversations.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nurses, OR techs, and admins.
• Support multi-stakeholder account navigation, facility evaluations, demos, and presentations.
• Develop understanding of financial models, GPO contracts, and cost-per-case analyses.
• Participate in business reviews, planning sessions, and strategy discussions.
