Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or approved equivalent evaluation by NCEES
• Graduation from a Master’s or Doctoral program in Engineering from an ABET-accredited undergrad institution is acceptable
• Fundamental understanding of electricity and power quality
• Knowledge of distribution construction standards and methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering/technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve problems under close supervision
• Plan, organize, estimate, schedule, and monitor work activities effectively
• Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and sketches with accuracy
• Pursue continuous improvement of engineering knowledge and performance
• Maintain accurate records and files related to projects
• Support Pike Engineering's goals and represent the company professionally
• Participate in storm restoration activities as needed
