Strategic Technology Institute Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level DoD Recruiter to support the full recruitment process for government contract positions in Rockville, MD.

You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates to fulfill staffing needs for DoD contracts, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and company policies. The role involves handling candidate communications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with postings, offers, and onboarding while adhering to DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications, clearance eligibility, and contract fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and project leadership.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation.
• Communicate with applicants throughout the recruiting process in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with job postings, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Ensure recruiting activities align with DoD contract requirements and internal procedures.
• Support other HR and recruiting tasks as assigned.
