Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a DoD SkillBridge participant to join as a recruiter through a structured 26-week internship. This role provides exposure to full recruiting lifecycle within a federal consulting environment.

Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment operations. The position is excellent for transitioning service members aiming to gain experience in talent acquisition while supporting federal programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; military experience may substitute.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms preferred.
• Interest in talent acquisition and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail

Effective interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Education
