Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division Stormwater Compliance Specialist I to manage the Division Stormwater Management Program and ensure compliance with NPDES and other federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires coordinating with corporate and division leadership and supervising external consultants. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of stormwater experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant certifications, with opportunities to expand programs and ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of stormwater related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Possess or obtain within one year, at least one national stormwater certification.

Responsibilities

• Sign and submit stormwater regulatory permit applications.
• Manage the Division Stormwater Management Program in compliance with regulations.
• Develop, implement, and revise the Division Stormwater Management Program.
• Supervise third-party contractors and consultants for NPDES compliance.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and respond to information requests.
