Job summary

BMS CAT is hiring for remediation support roles at our Wilmington, NC location. The position involves cleaning, sanitation, and site preparation for mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire/smoke cleanup.

Training will be provided, with emphasis on safety and quality per company protocols. Candidates should be prepared for physical labor, PPE usage, and flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning, sanitation, and site preparation tasks.
• Set up and maintain containment barriers and dehumidification equipment.
• Move and stage materials, load/unload equipment and supplies.
• Document daily activities and inventory for project records.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold company procedures on site.
